I offer in-person and virtual psychotherapy sessions to children, youth, and adults using a warm and collaborative approach focused on the strengths and unique needs of each person. A blend of talk-based and creative methods are used to support growth and help to:

- process difficult emotions or experiences
- alleviate anxiety
- improve mood
- boost self-esteem and resilience
- build coping skills and resources
Music and the arts provide meaningful ways to explore and express our thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours. When we engage our creative and imaginative capacities, we connect to a deeper sense of self, lean on our inner strengths, and respond to the world in which we live.
